New Years Resolutions

This New Year my resolution is not a diet or workout plan, it is love. In a world that profits from division, God calls us to pursue peace (Hebrews 12:14, NKJV) and keep the unity of the Spirit. A divisive heart keeps the body in fight or flight, stress rises, sleep gets lighter, digestion slows, anxiety grows. Love builds what outrage breaks.
